Paul is a versatile and commercially astute Human Resources consultant with a demonstrated capacity to deliver excellence in people and performance. With extensive leadership and HR experience, Paul is able to move seamlessly between strategic and operational HR. For 25 years, he’s helped global giants through to SMEs across Europe, UK and Australia establish and maintain the link between people, business strategy, performance, and profitability.

Paul has worked in General Electric Capital, QBE Insurance and Allianz. He led the Australian HR functions of Willis Towers Watson and BNY Mellon before leaving corporate life in 2017 to focus on small businesses- “Now I thrive from providing that expertise to SMEs, to help them managed their greatest asset, their people. My greatest passion is helping a business to build and maintain a high-performance culture.”
